Application: Creamy Oxygenated Water 8 Volumes must be used in the preparation of hair colorings and discolorations in the amount indicated in the preparation of the product to be used.
Mix the Bleaching Powder with the Developing Emulsion, using a brush and suitable gloves. The time of action should be controlled by the professional according to the desired degree of whitening. After the break time, rinse with warm water and shampoo.
